Executive Kitchen ManagerEKM Compensation range is $84,000-$100,000/year + 15% bonus potential. Scratch kitchen experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read, understand and communicate in EnglishDemonstrates financial acumenProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirementsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shiftMust have the ability to work 50-60 hours per weekMust be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidaysCooper’s Hawk is an equal opportunity employer.
