Title:- Accounting Services Specialist
Location: Highland Hills, OH 44122
Job Type: 6+ month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Job Summary:-
We are seeking an Accounting Services Specialist II – AP to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, proficiency in Excel, excellent time management abilities, and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:-
Process daily transaction activities, including incoming and outgoing cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Record and maintain transaction details in appropriate databases.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including copying, scanning, mailing, filing, and report distribution.
Respond to emails and phone calls while providing administrative support to the team.
Review transactions and identify potential fraud or financial risks, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger and banking data.
Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-
Experience with general ledger reconciliations.
Previous accounting, accounts payable, or financial operations experience.

Work Environment:-
Onsite position.
Professional office environment.
No travel required.
