Our client is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business. Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Support overall coordination and execution of project activities in collaboration with senior project leadership Assist in managing and developing team members to enhance performance and professional growth Help maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors Provide support in administering contracts and subcontract agreements Assist in developing, updating, and communicating project schedules Contribute to budget tracking, cost management, and financial reporting processes Review and help interpret project reports to monitor alignment with budget and timeline expectations Support quality assurance and quality control efforts across project activities Assist in identifying potential risks and contribute to mitigation planning, negotiations, and decision-making processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
