Project Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology projects. If you enjoy working with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders while keeping projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

✅ Track project progress and maintain documentation

✅ Prepare executive dashboards and status reports

✅ Support customer engagement and renewals

✅ Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

✅ Coordinate activities across project managers, engineers, and consultants

✅ Identify risks and support issue resolution

✅ Improve project workflows and operational efficiency

Qualifications

✔️ 2+ years of Project Coordination, PMO, or IT Project Support experience

✔️ Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

✔️ Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

✔️ Client-facing experience preferred

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, CRM systems, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Planner, or Microsoft Project.
