Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pharmacy Director for an acute care hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead all operational and clinical activities within the hospital pharmacy department
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve pharmacy practice standards aligned with current best practices
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and accreditation regulations
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain pharmacy staff while promoting clinical excellence
• Prepare departmental budgets and capital expenditure requests
• Review and update pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with hospital bylaws
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to promote quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency

• Full Benefits Package Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy REQUIRED
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License REQUIRED
• Minimum Five Years of Pharmacy Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum Three Years of Hospital Pharmacy Management Experience REQUIRED
• Previous Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship Preferred
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Strong Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy Operations and Regulatory Compliance
