Overview Join TommyBahama’s growing Food & Beverage team in creating an island‑lifestyle experience. You’ll work behind the bar, in the kitchen, or at the front with guests, contributing to our expanding Marlin Bars across the country. Responsibilities Actively participate in a team environment that promotes financial and culinary success. Clean and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Ensure the safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards. Participate in a team environment that promotes sales and service success. Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment. Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping or kneeling required – frequently. Routine standing for the duration of the shift. Safely maneuver hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys and other equipment or tools. Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
