They work throughout residential and commercial construction, but are actively seeking a talented Senior Project Manager in the Healthcare sector to work in Dade county.


Job Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations (AHCA).
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide leadership in problem-solving and risk management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and safety.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Proven experience with AHCA guidelines and healthcare-specific construction regulations.
• Ground up and renovation experience in hospitals, medical clinics, medical offices, etc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual: Spanish & English.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
