Dena Motors is a fast-growing independent automotive dealership in Conyers, Georgia, specializing in quality pre-owned vehicles and customer-focused financing solutions. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Auto Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

Whether you are an experienced automotive salesperson or a highly motivated sales professional looking to transition into the automotive industry, we provide the tools, inventory, marketing support, and management guidance necessary for success.

$60,000 - $100,000 + annually bonus

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through internet leads.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs and budget.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospects using CRM systems, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Explain financing options and coordinate with the Finance Department.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Complete required sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and automotive sales regulations.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn commission-based income.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems.

Preferred

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Eleads, Tecobi, or similar systems.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/other languages) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, call center, or commission-based sales environments.
