Retail Sales Lead & Team Coach

LOFT

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Little Rock, AR to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide a team. You will work with the store manager to master store operations and step in as acting manager when needed. The role prefers 6 months of retail sales experience and some management exposure, with strong communication skills and comfort using a POS system. Part-time availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for development and growth within LOFT's brands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
