Responsibilities The EU Vision Rehabilitation Program Manager will manage the delivery of Science Corporation's vision rehabilitation program for PRIMA-implanted patients across Europe. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient experience, and commercial execution. Own end-to-end delivery of EU PRIMA vision rehab program and high-quality patient experience; act as hands-on specialist backup. Lead hiring, onboarding, and hybrid team (employees/freelancers) with day-to-day coaching, performance, scheduling, travel, and logistics. Optimize, evolve, and roll out scalable rehab curriculum with digital/remote/gamified elements across EU geographies. Collaborate with sales, clinical affairs, and marketing to align rehab with launch/site strategies. Define/track KPIs and metrics; drive continuous improvement via data/feedback while ensuring clinical/ethical/operational compliance. You will be accountable for building, scaling, and continuously improving a best-in-class vision rehabilitation program—ensuring consistent, high-quality patient outcomes while supporting the successful launch and growth of PRIMA across EU markets. Qualifications Proven people manager and leader within healthcare, MedTech, or medical device environments (ideally 3+ years in a formal management role). Experience managing healthcare program delivery, clinical operations, or clinical trial operations. Demonstrated success leading teams across multiple EU countries or regions. Fluent in English plus one additional EU language. Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, develop, and coordinate diverse teams. Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. Creative problem-solver with a patient-first mindset. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Background in clinical care, rehabilitation, or patient-facing healthcare roles.
