Position Overview

Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our Albuquerque team.

The Field Supervisor plays an important role in supporting our clients and caregivers both in the office and in the field . This position coordinates client and caregiver schedules, assists with daily payroll and service authorizations, responds to client and caregiver needs, maintains accurate records, and travels to clients’ homes to conduct supervisory visits .

This is not a fully office-based position. The Field Supervisor regularly travels throughout Albuquerque and surrounding service areas to meet with clients and caregivers in their homes. Candidates should be comfortable working in both an office environment and clients’ homes.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in both languages with clients, caregivers, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits in clients’ homes throughout Albuquerque and surrounding service areas.
• Meet with clients and caregivers in the home to review services, address questions or concerns, and help ensure services are being provided appropriately.
• Document supervisory visits accurately and communicate follow-up needs to the appropriate team members.
• Travel locally between the office and client homes as required throughout the workweek.
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, families, and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule and coordinate client visits based on client needs, caregiver availability, and service requirements.
• Assist caregivers with schedules, changes, updates, and other day-to-day support needs.
• Monitor daily schedules and respond quickly to call-outs, schedule changes, and staffing needs.
• Process daily payroll accurately and on time.
• Track client service authorizations and help ensure scheduled services remain within approved limits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records.
• Enter and update information in scheduling, payroll, and office systems.
• Respond to client and caregiver questions or concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and employee information.
• Work collaboratively with the office team to support consistent, high-quality services for clients.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Must live in Albuquerque, NM, or the surrounding area .
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to clients’ homes to conduct supervisory visits .
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients and caregivers in a home setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn scheduling, payroll, and healthcare software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong commitment to client service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home healthcare, healthcare, scheduling, customer service, or administrative coordination .
• Understanding of home healthcare services and the relationship between clients, caregivers, families, and the home healthcare agency.
• Experience scheduling caregivers or coordinating in-home services.
• Experience conducting client or supervisory home visits.
• Experience with healthcare service authorizations.
• Experience processing payroll or working with payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare or service environment.
