Shipboard HR Director - Crew Relations & Compliance Leader

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a Shipboard HR Management professional to lead HR operations aboard, reporting to the Captain with guidance from the Shipboard Talent Management team. You will coordinate and complete HR tasks for crew in assigned locations and support shipboard management in employee relations, performance, discipline, and policy implementation.
