Talent Acquisition Specialist

Expanding Corporate office is adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team. This position will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Salary up to $75,000 plus bonus with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Prepare and present qualified candidate summaries and recommendations.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and hiring metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.

• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking techniques.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
