At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll manage fullcycle recruiting for complex, highimpact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches endtoend, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fastpaced, highly visible environment.

50,000 - $60,000 per year base salary + $20,000 annual bonus target

Own fullcycle recruiting for corporate professional roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments
Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions
Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes
1-5 years of fullcycle recruiting experience
Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
