Corporate Recruiter Opportunity – Charlotte, NCA leading national organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter II to join its Talent Acquisition team in South Charlotte. This is a high-visibility, 6-month contract opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, developing effective talent strategies, and recruiting across a variety of professional and corporate functions.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities, and the confidence to consult with hiring leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interview, selection, and offerPartner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business needsSource, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across professional, corporate, leadership, and early-career positionsBuild candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, professional organizations, referrals, universities, networking, and other sourcing channelsConsult with hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, recruiting strategies, and hiring best practicesWrite and post job advertisements designed to attract qualified talentMaintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking systemEnsure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment regulationsUse recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectivenessSupport recruiting events, job fairs, university initiatives, and other talent acquisition programs as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of recruiting or staffing experienceStrong preference for experience recruiting within a large corporate or enterprise environmentDemonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions and competing prioritiesStrong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skillsAbility to effectively partner with and influence hiring managers and senior leadershipExcellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skillsKnowledge of current recruiting trends, sourcing technologies, and employment practicesExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologyAbility to analyze recruiting data and identify trendsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to maintain confidentiality and work independentlyThis position is onsite in South Charlotte and requires candidates who are comfortable working in an office environment.
