Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize industrial materials. This position requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Handle industrial materials carefully to prevent damage or spills.
• Store and organize products according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist warehouse operations and production teams as needed.
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Ability to safely handle materials such as totes, barrels, and other industrial products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be flexible to work different shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.

Required Qualifications

• OSHA Forklift Certification.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Must meet facility safety requirements.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and industrial setting.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
• Safety, teamwork, and efficiency are key priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
