About The Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered systems at scale. You will work closely with product and data teams to translate business problems into intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) for domain-specific use cases
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models via REST APIs
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and retrain models as needed
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with proper testing and documentation

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience
• Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and prompt engineering
• Experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar experiment tracking tools
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Bonus: experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI)
