ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I spent 26 years with State Farm in various leadership roles across multiple departments, which gave me a deep understanding of the company and how to best serve both customers and team members.

I attended the University of Akron, where I studied Political Science. I'm also a military veteran and a big basketball fan. Discipline, teamwork, and commitment are values I carry with me from both my military and corporate experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eudora Graffaree-Robinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
