Job Duties:

• Assist the Provider with all aspects of patient care such as vital signs, rooming in patients, entering the history and other documentation in the electronic medical records, patient education, assisting with office procedures, patient treatment plan and follow-up.
• Review prior medical records to obtain past medical history and test results. Pre-chart for clinic days.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, good computer skills, and competency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Typing: 50-60wpm.
• Highly motivated with excellent time management skills. Must be able to multi-task, be a team player. Must be very detail-oriented.
• Answer phone calls, and send faxes. Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must have current BLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.

Medical Scribe: at least 1 year of scribing experience
