Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute desserts and pastry components for daily service.

• Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portioning.

• Organize daily production and communicate preparation needs with the team.

• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety standards.

• Work closely with the culinary team to support smooth, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous pastry experience in a professional kitchen.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• A willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to the team.

• An interest in Italian cuisine and seasonal ingredients.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
