What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
• Partner with stakeholders and end users to uncover high-value opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Support and champion quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience defining and delivering successful digital, software, or technology products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with technical teams in software development, data analytics, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties 3-5 years required

Skills for Success

Strong understanding of digital product management, market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to influence and align engineers, business leaders, executives, and stakeholders around product vision and strategy. Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus building. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and business partners. Analytical and strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and data-driven approach to decision‑making. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results under pressure. High attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader business and strategic objectives. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive successful product outcomes in complex organizations.
