Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based OT preferred
• Comfortable with K–12 caseloads (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong skills in evaluations, individualized plan development, and school integration
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to elementary, middle, and high school students
• Conduct and support a variety of evaluations (including overflow as needed)
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records; contribute to IEP and intervention planning
• Work onsite supporting campuses such as Henderson, Prairie View, and other assigned schools
