Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Maximum Wellness PT, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mobility and physical capabilities to establish a baseline and identify limitations.
• Formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional independence.
• Utilizing various therapy techniques and exercises, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve recovery goals.
• Communicating effectively with patients and family members to explain treatment modalities and recovery expectations.
• Documenting patient encounters accurately in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be treating a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, those managing chronic pain conditions, and patients requiring rehabilitation after injuries. Your ability to establish rapport and to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient is critical for fostering trust and encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid California Physical Therapy License, enabling you to practice within the state regulations.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
