Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will undertake various critical responsibilities, each contributing significantly to our patients' recovery journeys. Key tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and overall functionality.
• Designing individualized treatment strategies based on assessments, focusing on restoring mobility and enhancing physical performance.
• Administering hands-on therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Collaborating closely with physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation specialists to create an all-inclusive treatment plan that considers every aspect of patient care.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously to track improvement and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Providing ongoing education to patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, recovery protocols, and self-management techniques to empower them in their healing journeys.
• Engaging in team meetings and continuous professional development initiatives to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse clientele includes individuals of all ages, from young athletes to seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Your ability to connect with patients and understand their specific circumstances will be crucial in delivering personalized care that leads to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active Physical Therapy License in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits
