Group Director, Top Client Development - Southeast

Summary Lead top-client development strategy and engagement across CHANEL boutiques and key markets in the Southeast. Based in Miami, this role partners with boutique teams and regional and home office leaders to create tailored luxury experiences and align local initiatives with the broader US market strategy. Responsibilities Assess VIC client activity and engagement, identifying opportunities and risks and developing market-specific strategies. Partner with boutique teams and Client Development Managers to build relationships with top clients and deliver personalized service. Align local client development initiatives with US market strategy and provide insights to senior leadership. Lead cross-market collaboration and execution of client events and engagement strategies. Foster partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement across boutique, regional, and home office teams. Requirements At least 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, or a related strategic leadership role. Deep knowledge of the Southeast luxury landscape and relationships across Florida, Texas, and Georgia. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functionally, and manage high-impact projects. Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience translating KPIs into strategic proposals. Experience with department store environments and understanding of boutique-client relationships. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
