Job Description Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related agreements Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and financing matters Conduct due diligence and oversee title, survey, and closing processesCollaborate with attorneys across practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships through practical legal counsel Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives Contribute to a highly regarded and collaborative real estate practice Qualifications 6+ years of commercial real estate law experience Extensive experience with commercial real estate transactions required Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters preferred Ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently Excellent communication and analytical abilities Maine bar admission required Portable business not required Why You Will Love Working Here You will become part of a highly respected team that values collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional client service.
