Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound customer calls and email outreach to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute territory‐specific outreach plans across multi‐state regions.
• Research customers and input accurate, detailed information into internal CRM and company databases.
• Search for new leads through online research, industry directories, and targeted prospecting activities.
• Prospect potential customers to identify new sales opportunities and qualify interest.
• Maintain, update, and organize all customer and lead information within the CRM to ensure accurate and current records.
• Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and department-wide activities as assigned.
• Strengthen customer connections to the organization through consistent communication and follow‐up.
• Clearly communicate and organize information to support internal coordination and customer visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and territory growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced, growth‐oriented environment.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Organized, self‐motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods

Preferred

• Prior sales support or customer service experience.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate solutions and think strategically.
• Experience working with engineering or industrial products.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in technical equipment.
