Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery, determining their unique needs and challenges in mobility and function.
• Create personalized treatment plans that may include a variety of modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices.
• Implement effective treatment strategies and methods to alleviate pain, promote healing, and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes consistently to ensure optimal recovery paths.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper rehabilitation techniques and encourage their active participation in the recovery process.
• Keep abreast of current trends and research in physical therapy to enhance personal and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care for a diverse set of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your ability to adapt treatment plans according to individual patient needs is crucial for achieving successful rehabilitation outcomes. You will engage with patients ranging from young athletes to active seniors, ensuring that each has access to the specialized care they require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent education.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in California.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently while being flexible to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Previous experience in an orthopedic or outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Experience in patient education and collaborative care models.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 90,000 and 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
