Production Coordinator# Production CoordinatorCentral Office - Georgetown, TX 78626## OverviewLevelExperiencedPosition TypeFull Time## Description**Production Coordinator****Location:** Central Office**Reports to:** Central Production Director# # Summary of RoleThe Production Coordinator supports the Production Department in day-to-day operations, providing administrative and operational support across all locations and events. This role helps ensure systems, logistics, and communication run smoothly; while assisting in service and event production, location support, leading Dream Team members, and maintaining production resources. # Position Status & Schedule* Non-Exempt, Hourly* Full-time (40 hours)* Sunday through Thursday: hours vary weekly dependent on events; will include weekends and evenings.* Christmas, Easter, Pursuit Weeks, and Dream Team Appreciation service dates and times are blackout days for time off. Additionally, Tier 1 Conferences are required workdays for this role. Other events may be required outside of your regular schedule; you will be informed in advance of any requirements.# # Essential Functions & Responsibilities*Coordination** Coordinate production meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-through across teams* Coordinate and support AVL maintenance, installs, and gear troubleshooting across locations* Recruit, onboard, schedule, and support Production Dream Team members, including rehearsal preparation* Support Dream Team care, appreciation, and logistical needs, including facility, food, safety, and pastoral care coordination* Serve as a primary production contact or team lead for assigned projects, services, or events* Assist with training new staff, dream team, and ministries on production systems and processes* Help ensure consistency, excellence, and readiness across production environments and systems# *Administrative & Operational** Maintain production documentation including standards, procedures, inventories, manuals, and event plots* Manage project workflows via ClickUp and Planning Center for assigned projects and events* Process and track expenses, invoices, and contractor payments through church financial systems* Manage production inventory and storage, including gear commissioning, decommissioning, resale, and disposal* Track and follow up with new Dream Team members through Rock and Planning Center Online Event & Service Support * Lead production coordination for Tier 3 and 4 events; support Tier 1 and 2 events as assigned* Coordinate vendors, gear rentals, and production setup needs for events* Distribute and load production content and programming across locations as needed *Weekend Service Support* * Troubleshoot production issues during weekend services across locations* Provide leadership and support to Dream Team members during weekend services (as scheduled)Contributes to the overall success of Celebration Production by performing all other duties as assigned# # Requirements* Mature Christian who calls Celebration Church home and supports the Church’s culture, vision, and values* Unwavering commitment to place Christ first in all you do* Desire to ensure people are known, loved and celebrated* Continually seeking growth with Christ and encouraging others to do the same* Passion for excellence, always looking to improve* Deep understanding of the value in being part of a family that is unified for a greater cause* Must have completed all steps of Connection Point within 60 days of hire# Competencies* Operationally minded leader who can manage details, timelines, and logistics to support excellent production environments and experiences* Passionate about creating engaging, distraction-free worship and event experiences that support ministry impact* Strong communicator and team player with the ability to build relationships, follow through, and support teams effectively* Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced live production environments* Technically proficient in audio, video, lighting, and basic AVL troubleshooting across production systems* Demonstrates a commitment to continual personal, spiritual, and professional growth* Flexible and willing to support weekend services, rehearsals, conferences, and special events as needed# Education & Experience* Minimum 1 year in a church production environment (staff or volunteer)* Minimum 1 year of administrative/project coordination experience* Familiarity with large-scale event production, AVL systems, and team leadership# Work Environment & Physical Demands* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.* Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office and Church facility.* Must be able to position self to maintain supplies and equipment on lower shelves and in closets.* Frequently move supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds* Constantly work in open office environment* Ability to work outside in various climates and temperatures# Other InformationCelebration Church is an equal employment opportunity employer to the extent required by law applicable to religious institutions.
