Location Omaha, NE Position Summary Initiate, direct and coordinate all faculty and staff recruitment and hiring processes with UNMC and NM Med Staff, SAP related entries. Manage all HR activity within department. Develop and update job descriptions. Manage payroll. Assist department administrator, chair, faculty and staff. Assist with international outreach program, and generating reports. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hybrid: part‑time onsite, part‑time off‑site) Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes in collaboration with UNMC and NM Med Staff. Manage all HR activities within the department. Develop and update job descriptions. Oversee payroll and related administrative tasks. Support department administrator, chair, faculty and staff. Assist with international outreach program and generate reports. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience; experience in personnel, payroll, or related administrative support preferred. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required; SAP experience preferred. Other Skills: Telephone skills and ability to use computers, faxes, copiers and scanners.
