AT&T Sales Representative

NOLA Management Group is hiring an AT&T Sales Representative to represent AT&T and help residential customers discover wireless solutions that fit their needs. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll work directly with residential customers, introducing them to AT&T wireless products and services while providing personalized recommendations based on their needs. We're looking for someone who is motivated, confident, and excited to represent a nationally recognized brand while developing valuable sales and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Meet directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T wireless products and explain available services. Understand each customer's needs and recommend wireless solutions that best fit their household and lifestyle. Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Educate customers on available products, features, pricing, and promotional offers to help them make informed decisions. Build lasting relationships with customers through professional communication and outstanding service before, during, and after each sale. Consistently achieve individual sales goals by identifying opportunities for upgrades, additional services, and new customer enrollments. Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer information while following company and client compliance standards. Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Representatives and leadership to share best practices, improve performance, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another people-focused environment is preferred. Comfortable speaking with new customers throughout the day and building rapport quickly. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven sales environment. Comfortable using mobile technology, tablets, and digital sales tools.
