Enterprise Sales Engineer, Healthcare

Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process, including scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra's platform, and leading technical and architecture reviews Serve as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle Work directly with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive the GTM function Continuously improve Agents through customer-driven product development Lead and support customers in earliest conversations by understanding and anticipating their needs Connect prospects' business problems with Sierra's solutions for technical and non-technical audiences Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales Experience building demos, presenting, and working with customers or clients in a GTM function Experience building relationships with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders Experience leading the sales process with enterprise customers Ability to connect prospects' business problems with Sierra's solutions and explain them to technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent professional experience AI-related experience or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry is advantageous Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements into product and engineering requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in technical pre-sales processes, including customer engagement, solution design, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to connect business challenges with innovative solutions in a customer-centric environment.
