Work Wellbeing Score: 83 POSITION SUMMARY The Recruiter is responsible for supporting statewide recruiting efforts through job announcements, college relations, recruiting analysis and reporting. This role plays a key part in connecting talented professionals to meaningful careers at KVC while helping build a strong and diverse workforce. Hybrid; in office 1-2 days per week WHY JOIN KVC

• Associate's Degree preferred LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• One to two years of relevant work experience in human resources or related fields ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Post openings using recruiting resources including job boards, social media and professional associations
• Coordinate and track college recruiting initiatives, internships and practicums
• Maintain records on recruiting resources
• Attend a minimum of two career and job fairs per quarter
• Assist Talent Acquisition Recruiter II with researching and recommending new recruiting sources including industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and job boards
• Screen applicants to determine if they meet position qualifications
• Maintain applicant and interview data within the Human Resources Information System
• Partner with program staff to identify hiring needs and prioritize critical openings
• Perform additional duties as assigned for the betterment of KVC BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS
• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all interactions
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders
• Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment
• Display flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information
