Job Responsibilities

• Design Individualized Treatment Protocols: Assess the needs of your patients and formulate tailored therapy approaches to help them achieve their rehabilitation milestones
• Conduct Therapeutic Activities: Implement strategies grounded in evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in understanding therapy methods to foster progress outside of the clinical setting
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Document clinical developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on their path to success

Qualifications

• Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Encouragement for continuing education and obtaining post-graduate certifications

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
