Position Summary As a Canvasser / Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding our active remodeling projects. Your goal will be to create awareness of our services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning additional income through performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Speak with homeowners in designated neighborhoods. Introduce NWI Baths and explain our bathroom remodeling services. Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments. Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner. Work independently while meeting daily and weekly goals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Provide feedback and updates to management. Qualifications Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation required. Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
