Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and establish individualized care plans based on acuity levels.
  
  
• 
  Monitor telemetry readings and respond promptly to changes in patient statuses.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatments, and vital signs accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Maintain safety standards and ensure patient comfort throughout shifts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with good standing.
  
  
• 
  Experience in telemetry nursing preferred; ability to care for ED patients desired.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 36 hours weekly, with alternating weekends.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
