Job Description As an Account Setup Coordinator, you will be part of an experienced team with multidisciplinary responsibility. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Responsibilities include analyzing requests, providing directions, and building customers within various systems, and maintaining required procedures, documentation, and evidence to enable audit trails. Key Responsibilities Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Create the customer structure and accounts within various systems. Ensure that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported. Adhere to corporate policies and procedures and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain required procedures, documentation and evidence to enable audit trails. Preferred Skills / Experience Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making and organizational skills. Effective customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office. SQL Management Studio experience a plus. Aptitude for identifying and resolving exceptions and interpreting data accurately. Participating in or leading/managing projects and carrier meetings. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experience. Location Minneapolis Bank Plaza Schedule Hybrid/flexible schedule: expected in office 3 or more days per week, with flexibility to work outside the location for other days. Compensation Pay range: $24.18 - $32.21. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
