Senior Living Sales Director

We are seeking a Senior Living Sales Director. The position has a base salary plus good commission potential. The Sales Director should have previous senior living or healthcare experience -- and drives community growth by converting inquiries into tours and tours into new resident move-ins. Focuses on building trust, nurturing relationships, and representing the community with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes and track interactions in the CRM. Conduct tours and secure new resident move-ins. Build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources. Ensure the community is clean, welcoming, and tour-ready. Support marketing initiatives, business development, and social media presence. Collaborate with the Community Director, Dept Coordinators, and Staff. Participate in professional development and continuous learning. Qualifications 2-4 years of senior living or housing sales experience. Memory Care experience strongly preferred. Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or hospitality preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for working with the elderly and ability to close sales.
