Senior Financial Analyst - Tampa - hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a global, multi-brand organization with revenue-generating business lines across several regions. This role sits within a high-visibility finance team and focuses on commercial performance, revenue analytics, and strategic financial support for business units. Role Overview The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key partner to leadership, supporting commercial strategy, revenue optimization, and financial planning across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building new processes, and wants to influence how a growing organization uses data to make decisions. Key Responsibilities Support commercial finance activities across multiple global regions. Analyze and forecast revenue streams across several business lines outside the core operating unit. Build financial models, reporting tools, dashboards, and scalable processes from the ground up. Partner with leadership to evaluate performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and commercial decision-making. Work with large datasets to produce meaningful analytics that support business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, revenue optimization, and commercial initiatives. Contribute to the development of FP&A infrastructure, including templates, processes, and automation. Present insights to senior leaders and serve as a thought partner on commercial strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in commercial finance , FP&A , operations finance , or similar analytical roles. Demonstrated experience building models, processes, and reports - not just maintaining existing ones. Background supporting multi-unit , multi-brand , eCommerce , or consumer-oriented businesses is a plus.
