Job Description This 30-year-old regional private practice which performs over 60,000 anesthetics per year is seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist with two or more years of experience. Option to partner, mix of hospital-ASC, primary hospital, or primary ASC choices. Enjoy a shared vision and Physician-centric collegial culture. Group functions include dinners, harbor cruises, celebrations on the beach and more. The Practice Covers Three Hospitals in Maryland – Annapolis, Lanham, and Prince Frederick. Three Options to Choose From: Partnership, NO Call & Nominal Call Positions Available Plus 35 diverse ASC’s spread throughout central Maryland, Baltimore and within 25 minutes of DC. Two Year Partnership Track: $550,000 Base Years 1 & 2 $50,000 Sign on Bonus Paid in Full at Signing Year Two $550,000 Base up to 90% of Profit-Sharing Eligibility ($630,000) Year 3 full partner, No buy in.
