Your role supports the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring all revenue activity is properly documented, reconciled, and compliant with internal controls and gaming regulations. Through consistent attention to detail and collaboration with operating departments, you help maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced casino and hospitality environment.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesReview and verify daily revenue reports from all operational areas, including slots, table games, cage, hotel, food beverage, and retailEnter and reconcile daily revenue transactions in the audit system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal controlsIdentify and document variances or discrepancies and escalate issues to the Revenue Audit Supervisor as neededAssist with the preparation of daily revenue summaries and reports for Finance and operational departmentsMaintain accurate and organized audit records, files, and supporting documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standardsMonitor system reports and transaction logs to verify correct data flow and identify anomaliesCollaborate with departments such as Cage, Hotel, and Gaming Operations to resolve revenue-related issuesSupport month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and audit schedulesAssist in the documentation of standard operating procedures and internal controls related to revenue auditEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, company policies, internal controls, and Title 31 regulations, if applicableProvide courteous and responsive service to internal departments and team membersPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 1–2 years of accounting, revenue audit, or data entry experience; experience in a gaming or hospitality environment preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record reconciliationAbility to follow structured processes, multi-task, and meet daily deadlines in a high-volume settingFamiliarity with basic accounting principles and internal controlsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Workday is strongly preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 25lbs.Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerOccasionally standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSmokyNoisyDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
