Cart Attendant/Outside Service

This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every golfer by assisting with cart services, guest support, and maintaining the overall organization and appearance of the course facilities. If you enjoy working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced recreational environment, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Greet golfers and guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Preparing and staging golf carts for daily play and tee times

• Cleaning and sanitizing carts after each use to maintain high presentation standards

• Inspecting carts for safety, cleanliness, and mechanical issues

• Assisting golfers with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and staging areas

• Supporting tournaments and special events by organizing carts, signage, and materials

• Monitoring pace of play and communicating with staff to ensure smooth course flow

What We're Looking For

• Provide excellent customer service

• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Have a positive attitude and represent the golf course professionally

• Minimum 16 years of age

• Valid driver's license required if operating vehicles as part of job duties

• Basic knowledge of golf operations or golf etiquette is helpful but not required

Must be able to successfully complete a background check/investigation, pre-employment drug test .
