Customer Service Representative - Front Desk (FT)

San Carlos Flight Center
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at San Carlos Flight Center.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Dispatching flights
- Checking-in and invoicing flights
- Tracking flight hours
- General office work and support
- Welcoming and signing-up new members
- Keeping front desk area clean and organized
- Effectively communicating with other staff
Requirements:
- Competency in Google Docs Slides and Sheets
- Basic math skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Multi-tasking ability common sense and alertness
- Proactive issue detection resolution and escalation
- Aviation experience preferred
- Able to live and work in the United States
- Able to commute to San Carlos for work 5 days a week
