Coach Assistant Manager, Field Visual Merchandising, New England

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. Responsibilities Execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards. Conduct mapping sessions and on‑floor coaching; review photos and provide actionable feedback. Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store‑level action plans. Support new store openings and renovations with on‑site training and readiness checks. Conduct in‑store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices. Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow‑up, and cross‑functional coordination across North America.
