Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, people-focusedOnsite Coordinatorto support daily operations at our client site. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for associates, providing support, ensuring attendance, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as themain point of contactfor onsite associates and client leadership
- Greet employees daily and foster awelcoming, positive environment
- Monitor attendance, track call-offs, and communicate staffing needs
- Assist withnew hire onboarding, orientations, and first-day check-ins
- Address associate concerns, questions, and basic HR-related needs
- Conduct regularfloor walksto engage associates and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs and incident reports
- Support shift coverage needs and communicate updates to leadership
- Promote safety, policy adherence, and workplace expectations
Qualifications
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills(must be a true people person)
- Ability tobuild relationships quicklyand maintain professionalism
- Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in afast-paced, hands-on environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, tracking logs)
- No staffing experience required training will be provided
Schedule & Flexibility
- Must beflexible to work varying shifts based on client needs
- 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes with short notice is essential
