• Phoenix, AZ (Arcadia area)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Role Overview:As the managing pharmacist, you will oversee pharmacy operations, guide a small, skilled team, and ensure the highest standards in compounding, workflow, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will foster strong patient and prescriber relationships while promoting business growth and operational excellence. You may also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, with opportunities to influence the pharmacy’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff including one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Manage all aspects of compounding and dispensing processes
• Oversee inventory control and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Cultivate relationships with patients and healthcare providers to drive business growth
• Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
• Potentially act as Pharmacist-in-Charge with increased leadership responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active or eligible Arizona pharmacist license
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in future ownership opportunities
