Technical Recruiter

Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between- Sourcer I - $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr Sourcer II - $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful). Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines. Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview). Highly tech‑savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems. Must include metrics - 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc. High motivation, hard‑working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite, in the designated local market.
