Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
- Good knowledge in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integrations, and Data Migration).
- Proven experience handling Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Good to have :
- Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain.
- Experience with Contact Center / Customer Service Operations.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Exposure to healthcare industry programs and digital transformation initiatives.
Location Preference:
- Dallas, TX
