Maintenance Technician - Weekend Nights

Baxter seeks a Maintenance Technician for weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 11:30pm-11:30am) in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production equipment, including PLC systems, electrical components, and automation technology in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair legacy and modern equipment with PLC systems, sensors, and electrical controls
- Execute preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Follow strict safety protocols including Arc Flash, Lock Out Tag Out, and electrical safety procedures
- Work overtime as needed to support production schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with related technical certificate; AA degree preferred
- Proven manufacturing maintenance experience in industrial production environments
- Expertise in electrical/electronic maintenance, PLC controls, AC/DC motors, 480V systems, and vision systems
- Strong verbal and written communication with good documentation and computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
Compensation: $46,400–$58,000 base
