As part of our front office team, you'll play an important role in bringing that mission to life by helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from their very first interaction with us. What You’ll Do Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile. Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments in alignment with each therapist's Plan of Care. Verify insurance benefits and coordinate prior authorizations. Collect patient information and assist with patient registration. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient front office. Communicate effectively with therapists and teammates to support daily clinic operations. Step in where needed to help ensure the clinic runs smoothly. We’re Looking for Someone Who Genuinely enjoys helping people and building relationships. Good organizational and computer skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Previous medical reception or healthcare experience.
